Recently I had a complicated situation that I didn't catch right away, but as soon as I called my current agent's office, David Fuentes resolved my issue immediately and explained the resolution clearly. Great customer service! Update: Received excellent service today from Alyssa Caraffa; she not only prepared the policy I needed within an hour, but also took the time to explain options and apply every discount possible.
